Key Responsibilities:
* Administering and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors system
* Collaborating with HR, IT, and other departments
* Leading HRIS projects and implementing new HR systems
* Providing training and guidance to end-users
The successful candidate will possess excellent project management and relationship management skills, as well as effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
A collaborative and proactive approach to work is essential in this role, along with fluency in both English and German (written and spoken).
