Are you an experienced and motivated project leader with a passion for manufacturing innovation and the drive to bring complex factory investments to life? Do you thrive in cross‑functional environments, balancing technical expertise, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence? If so, this is your chance to make a tangible impact on our global production footprint.

At Accelleron, building on the success story of more than 100 years of ABB Turbocharging, you will join a team of true experts in an exciting international environment committed to excellence. As a trusted partner, we support our customers in the transition to sustainable industries with innovative technology, expertise, and intelligent solutions.

As Project Manager Factory Investments, you will take the lead in multi‑million, high‑impact CAPEX projects, focused on factory optimisation and the implementation of cutting‑edge manufacturing technologies. You will play a key role in developing our production sites in Switzerland and abroad, driving advancements in automation, digitalisation, and operational excellence within a high‑mix, low‑volume manufacturing set‑up. Your work will help us improve the way we operate and support our journey towards a more sustainable future.

With your profound project management expertise, entrepreneurial mindset, strong result orientation, and technical know‑how, you will guide cross‑functional project teams through the entire project lifecycle—from concept to handover—ensuring high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget execution. Your efforts will directly contribute to safeguarding stable operations while enhancing our long‑term competitiveness.

You will join the Value Chain organization in Baden, reporting to the Teamlead Value Chain Investments, and work closely with factory leadership and technical experts across our global value chain.
