This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Clinical Project Coordinator in Switzerland.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support clinical project teams in a dynamic and regulated environment. You will play a central part in ensuring smooth coordination across multiple stakeholders, contributing to the success of clinical research initiatives. From managing documentation to facilitating communication and logistics, your work will directly impact project quality and efficiency. The position combines administrative precision with cross-functional collaboration, making it ideal for someone detail-oriented and proactive. Working in a remote setting, you will engage with diverse teams while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Accountabilities Provide administrative and operational support to project teams, ensuring efficient execution of clinical project activities
Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and presentations, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
Manage the preparation, tracking, and distribution of project documents, reports, and materials throughout the project lifecycle
Support billing, invoicing, and payment processes by preparing and organizing required documentation
Act as the first point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when needed
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation aligns with regulatory standards, project guidelines, and best practices
Assist in identifying and resolving project issues, particularly during audits, while ensuring compliance with requirements
Requirements 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, or a degree/diploma in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related field
Basic understanding of clinical research processes and regulatory requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in administrative tools and document management systems
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt and respond to project needs
