Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a MT SC Digital Demand Planning Transformation Lead to champion the global Plan System transformation program for Demand Planning across all MedTech Business Units and Regions. The role is based in Switzerland but also available in Belgium, Ireland, or New Jersey.
Position Overview
This role will develop and deploy the MedTech Plan System vision, create a comprehensive strategy aligned with senior stakeholders, and own the successful delivery of the overall demand‑planning program. It will also help transform and standardise underlying plan technologies, ensuring integration across the MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Shape the MedTech Plan System vision and strategy for Demand Planning and its integration into the digital transformation roadmap.
* Develop and deploy a Demand Planning system/capability roadmap, accounting for complex interdependencies with required wins and strategic programs such as SigniFi and TranSCend.
* Refine and implement the strategy to advance the maturity of our plan systems globally.
* Lead the multi‑year program, including financials, value case, timelines, and resource model, and mobilise the program.
* Establish and manage governance structures and processes.
* Plan and manage project delivery operationally, overseeing team and schedule management.
* Guide the team to deploy the program.
* Stay abreast of emerging planning concepts and technologies.
* Align and link to partner functions such as J&J Technology, MedTech SC Digital, Commercial, Business Unit Supply Chain and Regional Value Chains, and Integrated Business Management.
Qualifications & Experience
* Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics, Operations, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
* At least 7 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in plan business.
* Proven people‑management and development experience – building and maintaining high‑performance teams.
* Strong knowledge of MedTech supply chain.
* Project‑management certification required (FPX PL or PMP); FPX SME preferred.
* APICS or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
* Experience leading complex programs at local and global scope in a distributed environment.

* Ability to work in a complex, multi‑system environment and to manage project timelines.
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and presentation skills.
* Excellent financial and business acumen to develop multi‑year investment plans.
* Global experience with multiple countries and cultural awareness; experience working with virtual teams and matrix organizations.
* Understanding of end‑to‑end supply‑chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions.
* Expert knowledge of Advanced Planning Technologies and digital acumen.
* Ability to persuade others in sensitive & complex situations while preserving relationships.
* Strong collaboration, partnership, and team‑management skills.
* Knowledge of external supply‑chain trends and emerging best practices.
Travel Requirements
International travel: 20‑30 % of the time.
