Ensure that the BT has provided plans and instructions to the subcontractor so that they can deliver a product that meets X needs. Update commercial conditions, deadlines; prices in production ranges and/or item sheets. Launch orders and edit subcontracting orders according to our stock components to ensure shipments to our subcontractors within 48 hours. Manage order processing by updating our ERP (Prices; deadlines). Ensure the monitoring of portfolios with subcontractors/suppliers and inform the management in case of changes in deadlines. Contribute to establishing a subcontracting policy to reduce our tasks and optimize our costs and delivery times. Take on a (to be defined) box; dial; hands; strap, etc. to relieve the workload of our senior buyer. Actively contribute to the implementation of our ERP (Business Central Dynamics 365) to optimize our Procure to Pay (PtP) process and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) of the company: Respect for the objectives set by management and the flow of materials.
