ITS powers all BIS operations globally, from hybrid cloud infrastructure and data platforms to innovative business applications, driven by a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.By Joining The Team, You WillStep into a strategic leadership role with the opportunity to drive operational excellence and shape the future of the Bank's digital services.Inspire and lead a team of skilled technical experts, working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking management team.Play a pivotal role in redefining how the Bank engages with external customers, delivering innovative and impactful digital experiences.Principal AccountabilitiesPlatform Operations & Service Excellence: Coordinate the seamless operation of platforms, ensuring system reliability, service delivery excellence, and compliance with BIS policies and standard processes.Digital Product Development: Lead the design and development of innovative digital products aligned with business needs, supporting the Bank's technology transformation and innovation goals.Governance & Security: Collaborate with IT governance and information security teams to ensure systems are secure by design and adhere to BIS policies, standards, and best practices.Team Leadership & Development: Lead and inspire a high-performing team through performance reviews, training, development planning, and HR administration. Oversee contractor procurement and performance, ensuring work meets professional standards and aligns with BIS policies.Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Manage external service providers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including BIS customer departments, technical staff, and external partners.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for your area in alignment with ITS and BIS objectives, ensuring effective communication with the team and endorsement from stakeholders.Operations & Budget Management: Ensure IT systems and services operate at the highest professional standards, preparing and managing budgets in line with BIS policies.Representation & Collaboration: Actively participate in ITS Management Team meetings, support overall ITS management, and represent ITS in various committees and forums.Qualifications, Skills, And ExperienceStrong expertise in digital product management and development, with the ability to deliver innovative solutions and formulate technical strategies that align with business goals.Broad and up-to-date knowledge of enterprise IT vendor landscapes and emerging technologies, with adaptability to work across a range of existing and new technologies.Demonstrable ability to understand and interpret customer priorities and demand, translating them into actionable strategies.Hands-on experience in user-centric design methodologies (e.g., UX, product management, design thinking) and managing cross-functional projects spanning multiple technology teams and business areas.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior executive audiences on customer experience and technology topics.In-depth knowledge of complex enterprise architectures, particularly with cloud technologies.Proven ability to collaborate effectively, fostering strong relationships across technical teams and business collaborators, while also being self-driven and capable of working independently.Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Who We AreInternationalism is at the core of our identity and the best representation of this is our workforce.
