As Marketing & Communications Manager you’ll drive and execute content-driven marketing & communications (M&C) strategies for the Health Industry, working closely with market units to shape impactful campaigns.
You’ll own industry-specific programs, managing a cross‑functional team of channel experts to deliver content that strengthens our value proposition across all touchpoints. From strategy to execution, you’ll plan, create, and measure high‑impact M&C campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry positioning. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll embed best practices, drive integration, and challenge the status quo to enhance our marketing approach.
How You’ll Make An Impact
* Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
* Plan, create, and execute group-wide-industry related content marketing campaigns.
* Define topics and external partners (e.g. universities, think tanks) for group wide content marketing initiatives, with business stakeholders.
* Work with M&C teams and external agencies to create content.
* Ensure consistent messaging across all M&C channels.
* Manage multi‑channel campaigns across various touchpoints (e.g. web, social media, events, PR, intranet) in close collaboration with M&C channel experts.
* Coordinate campaign measurement with M&C team.
* Consult and support business stakeholders on marketing and pre‑sales topics.
* Build strong stakeholder relationships within the market unit and across business practices and M&C.
* Define and implement scalable solutions across the organisation and operating model.
* Develop and manage the Health M&C budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.

* B2B Marketing & Health Industry Expertise – Proven success in content-driven marketing within integrated M&C teams.
* Experience in a Senior Marketing & Communications role within the Health Industry or a role that focusses on Health themes.
* Professional Services experience/IT services, and multi-matrixed companies.
* Campaign & Program Leadership – Deep understanding of customer journeys, strategy-based content marketing, and business growth, with hands‑on experience in managing marketing programs and campaigns.
* Strategic & Executional Balance – Strong conceptual skills, the ability to simplify complexity, and a results‑driven, solution-oriented mindset that combines strategic thinking with tactical execution.
* Stakeholder & Communication Excellence – Skilled in stakeholder management, collaboration, and translating business needs into impactful marketing initiatives; fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
* Analytical & Proactive Approach – Data-driven decision-maker with a can‑do attitude, adept at identifying patterns, optimizing processes, and driving efficiency in fast-paced environments.
* Relevant Qualifications – You’ll have a background in economics, marketing, communications, or a related degree equipping you with the skills to succeed.
