The COO will ensure that the firm operates efficiently within the Swiss regulatory environment, including coordination with service providers, oversight of internal controls (IKS), and maintaining operational discipline across investment governance, portfolio monitoring, and investor reporting. /p pThe role requires a senior operator with experience in regulated financial environments, including treasury management, liquidity planning, operational governance, and internal control frameworks. Governance /b ul liRun the advisory / portfolio management operating model, including deal pipeline workflow, investment committee (IC) preparation, execution checklists, and post‑investment monitoring cadence. /li liCoordinate preparation of Investment Committee materials and documentation. /li liEnsure consistent decision trail documentation and conflict disclosures. /li liMaintain structured investment workflow processes from pipeline through portfolio monitoring. /li liSupport portfolio governance through consistent valuation documentation and reporting coordination. /li /ul /li li bManagement Company Operations /b ul liOversee day‑to‑day operational management of the management company. /li liLead budgeting, liquidity management, cost control, and fee/income monitoring. /li liManage relationships with key service providers including legal, tax, IT, fund administration, and compliance support. /li liCoordinate operational activities across the jurisdictions in which the group operates. /li /ul /li li bInternal Controls Governance /b ul liMaintain the Internal Control System (IKS) for the management company. /li liCoordinate operational oversight of outsourced service providers. /li liEnsure appropriate segregation of duties, approvals, and recordkeeping. /li liEstablish and maintain governance documentation and operational procedures. /li liEnsure that operational processes remain aligned with Swiss regulatory expectations. /li liSupport the maintenance of risk management policies and operational risk documentation. /li /ul /li li bCompliance Risk Coordination /b ul liCoordinate AML/KYC obligations applicable to the manager/adviser. /li liMaintain registers and policies relating to conflicts of interest, personal account dealing, gifts and /li liCoordinate treasury activities including foreign exchange exposure management and banking relationships. /li /ul /li li bInvestor Reporting Coordination /b ul liCoordinate preparation of investor and LP reporting materials, including portfolio updates, factsheets, performance summaries. /li liEnsure reporting consistency based on data provided by the fund administrator and portfolio economics, mathematics, engineering economics, or a related quantitative discipline. /li /ul h3Professional Experience /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in financial services, asset management, banking, or venture capital environments. /li liExperience operating within regulated financial institutions or regulated investment environments. /li liStrong background in treasury, liquidity management, financial governance, and operational infrastructure. /li liExperience implementing internal controls, financial reporting frameworks, and governance processes. /li liDemonstrated ability to build operational functions and policies from the ground up. /li liFamiliarity with AML/KYC frameworks and financial regulatory compliance environments. /li liExperience working within regulated banking, asset management, or financial services environments, including familiarity with regulatory ratios, liquidity frameworks, or operational compliance structures. /li liExperience supporting
