Project:
For Roche Diagnostics International AG in Rotkreuz, we are seeking a Clinical Development Lead Oncology (m/f/d).
Background:
The Clinical Development Lead Oncology is responsible for planning and executing clinical development activities for diagnostic solutions in Chronic Liver Diseases, focusing on Liver fibrosis. This role involves contributing to Roche Diagnostics' long-term medical value strategy and pipeline.
The ideal candidate:
Will oversee clinical development activities for assigned oncology products, with a strong understanding of clinical study design, scientific writing, and leadership in matrixed teams. Relevant experience in healthcare industry or academia is essential.
Responsibilities include:
* Serving as a subject matter expert in Liver Oncology and clinical study design.
* Reviewing study results, protocols, and reports to support product development.
* Collaborating with various departments to implement clinical strategies.
* Building relationships with stakeholders and partners.
* Representing Clinical Development and contributing to regulatory submissions.
* Driving innovation, pipeline activities, and intellectual property strategies.
* Conducting literature reviews and creating scientific content.
* Mentoring team members and fostering professional growth.
Must Haves:
* Medical degree or advanced degree in Life Sciences (PhD, PharmD, or equivalent).
* At least 2-3 years of industry experience post-PhD or 5+ years in IVD.
* Strong experience in liver indications, including fibrosis or liver cancer.
* Extensive experience in diagnostics or pharma industry, leading global studies and teams.
* Knowledge of applicable standards/regulations (ICH-GCP, IVDD/IVDR, MDR, FDA, NMPA).
* Agile mindset and principles (VACC).
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
