In this context, we are reinforcing our clinical governance and recruiting a Nurse Reference for Quality of Care & Safety, a key player in continuous quality improvement and risk prevention for a fixed-term contract of 6 months, possibly extending to 12 months. Job Description Reporting to the medical management and in close collaboration with clinical, medical-technical teams and external partners, you will actively contribute to deploying, evaluating, and evolving the quality and safety system across the entire Arc Network. You will be an institutional reference for quality, vigilance, and safety culture, with a data-driven approach, scientific evidence, and responsibilities.Main Responsibilities Governance of Quality & Safety Promote the culture of quality and safety defined by medical management (just culture, risk management, learning, and maintaining the quality/safety system in coherence with Swiss legal requirements, (e.g., ANQ, H+) and institutional standards. Coordinate quality (procedures, guidelines: writing, updating, distributing, and archiving). Risk Management & Continuous Improvement Manage and develop the CIRS system: analyze adverse events, feedback, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Oversee the system of experience (collection, analysis), conduct and monitor internal audits (clinical processes, professional), ensuring the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions. Contribute to the analysis of quality and safety processes and their training/support of the teams. Design and facilitate training sessions aimed at quality of care, safety management, and vigilance. Support teams in best practices and evidence-based approaches, and coordinate interdisciplinary working groups around cross-cutting quality projects.Projects & Initiatives Coordinate projects initiated by medical management and the Quality of Care team. Coordinate quality activities related to institutional project management plans. Collaborate with external partners (networks, partner institutions, professionals). Professional Profile Recognized nursing diploma–specialized in quality of care/risk management/safety (CAS, DAS or equivalent preferred). Confirmed experience in a hospital setting, ideally with cross-sectional responsibilities or management in care services demonstrating proven expertise in the field. Personal Competencies Rigor, discretion, analytical and synthesis skills. Excellent teaching abilities and capacity to influence and ease in interdisciplinary work. Autonomy, sense of priorities, flexibility, and openness to change.
