Front Desk & Concierge Representative

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Front Desk & Concierge Representative to join our team at The Kusnacht Practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international VIP and UHNWI guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience while supporting key administrative tasks.


Your Responsibilities

* Welcome and assist international VIP and UHNWI guests with discretion and professionalism
* Ensure smooth daily reception routines, including call and email handling in English and German
* Manage mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence
* Keep reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas organized, clean, and technically prepared
* Assist with the preparation and service of food and beverages for clients
* Support events and internal functions (e.g., company lunches)
* Coordinate travel, shipments, and concierge services for guests and staff
* Handle key and badge management for multiple buildings


You are/have

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; hospitality or 4*/5* hotel background preferred
* Excellent written and spoken English and German (at least C1); other languages are an asset
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with discretion and attention to detail
* A flexible, responsible, and friendly host personality who thrives under pressure
* Demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland
