Overview

Oxyle is an award-winning Swiss clean-tech startup, founded in 2020 to solve environmental and public health challenges related to PFAS. Our mission is to restore and protect bodies of water from PFAS, supporting wastewater treatment with our range of separation, elimination, and real-time monitoring technologies. We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Lead who can build and execute a marketing engine that drives consideration for Oxyle, sparks interest in our solutions, and generates buying intent across our target B2B segments. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will closely collaborate with Business Development, Sales, Brand & Communication, and Tech teams.


Responsibilities

* Growth Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop a robust B2B marketing strategy aligned with the Go-To-Market plan, including target segments, value proposition, brand positioning, and strategic goals. Plan impactful campaigns across channels, manage budget and goals, and test and scale new customer acquisition channels.
* Marketing Lead Generation execution: Plan and manage trade shows, conferences, and hosted events to generate qualified opportunities and engage decision-makers. Develop and distribute conversion-focused content (case studies, whitepapers, landing pages, sales collateral) to support lead acquisition and sales enablement. Create and optimize high-converting paid campaigns across relevant B2B channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google) and build nurture flows (email, retargeting) to advance prospects through the buyer journey. Design targeted outbound campaigns with Business Development for high-priority accounts. Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with strategic partners, industry associations, and distributor networks.
* Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize to improve ROI. Use analytics tools to extract insights. Report progress against growth targets.


Requirements

* 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in industrial tech, cleantech, or related sectors.
* Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field
* Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
* Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM/automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) and experience in marketing performance tracking.
* Experience with event management and partnerships in a B2B context.
* Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into customer value.
* Strong interest in tech and ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
* Fluent in English and German (French is a plus).
* Have a Swiss working permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland.
