Job Description
The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies for The Woodward, Auberge Resorts Collection. This property-based role manages the overall marketing strategy, driving social media, public relations, partnerships, digital, and ecommerce efforts, ensuring all communications align with the property’s positioning. Additionally, this role supports communication strategies for partnerships, sponsorships, and unique experiences, collaborating with the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Woodward and the Auberge Resorts Marketing Team.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, self-motivated, quick to learn new systems, adaptable to changing priorities, and passionate about luxury branding.
1. Drive awareness and revenue for the hotel—covering rooms, F&B, spa, and experiences.
2. Collaborate with property leaders and the Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) on local marketing strategies to support F&B outlets and the spa.
3. Partner with the Auberge Resorts Marketing and PR teams to create global brand collaborations and unique events.
4. Create compelling, story-driven property collateral.
5. Work closely with the DOSM, marketing teams, SVP of Brand, and PR to execute PR strategies.
6. Support sales efforts with top-tier collateral.
7. Oversee social media plans for the hotel and F&B accounts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
8. Manage assets effectively.
9. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
10. Lead website management, including content creation, image, and video selection.
11. Coordinate digital creative production and support campaign execution with the digital marketing team.
12. Adapt and implement the hotel marketing plan as needed.
13. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for owners and stakeholders.
14. Support onboarding of on-property team members.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in luxury or design marketing, social media, or PR.
* Strong understanding of luxury style, design, and branding nuances.
* Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal.
* Collaborative with strong influencing skills to support cross-functional teams.
* Curious, proactive, solutions-oriented, and a strong multi-tasker.
* Hands-on attitude with attention to detail and effective time management.
* Fluency in English and French is preferred.
