Lead post-implementation reviews to identify release cycle process improvements. /li liFacilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives for the teams /li liShield teams from external disruptions and remove impediments quickly /li liCoach team members on agile practices and continuous improvement /li liTrack sprint health (velocity, burndown, blocked items) and surface concerns early /li liSupport Product Owners with backlog refinement, story breakdown, and Definition of Done compliance /li liFacilitate Scrum of Scrums, PO Sync, and dependency resolution sessions across all 5 delivery teams /li liManage the Jira ALM project structure as the single source of truth for programme status /li liEnsure consistent Jira hygiene across all teams (issue types, labels, linking, workflows) /li liEnable effective collaboration between co-located (Basel) and virtual (US, India) team members /li liProvide transparent program status reporting to leadership /li liManage stakeholder expectations around MVP scope and post-MVP deferrals /li liCoordinate with adjacent programmes and platform teams on integration dependencies /li /ul h3Must Haves /h3 ul li7+ years of project management experience in software delivery, including 3+ years managing programmes with multiple parallel teams /li liDemonstrated Scrum Master experience - you have facilitated agile teams, not just observed them. You know how to run an effective retro and how to coach without directing /li liPharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience with understanding of GxP requirements and what inspection readiness means in practice /li liHands‑on Jira experience - you have configured and managed Jira projects, not just consumed reports.
