Role Overview
We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program in Switzerland.
You’ll get to build an understanding of the wealth management industry as well as our culture and strategy, support our client advisors in their day-to-day work with a goal of increasing client satisfaction, ensure a professional and efficient handling of daily business across all processes, and take responsibility for the professional documentation of client relationships using the appropriate forms, while learning the relevant legal and regulatory standards.
Your team
You’ll be working in our Wealth Management team, playing an important role in supporting tailored client services for our most affluent client base. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team working closely with Relationship Managers. Team spirit and enjoyment at work are extremely important to us. Together, we help manage, preserve and grow our clients’ wealth through close partnership in every stage of life. In exchange, we offer extensive know how, ongoing development opportunities and the chance to learn directly from experienced Relationship Managers.
Your expertise
We’re looking for a candidate who has completed their bachelor's or master's degree within the last 18 months, has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system, demonstrates a strong interest in financial and capital markets and a solid understanding of investment products, has a high service orientation and enjoys engaging with clients on a daily basis, is open‑minded, engaging, and an excellent communicator, presents themselves professionally and has strong interpersonal skills and discretion, maintains a strong focus on quality and is able to work independently, is a proactive team player with initiative and a drive to achieve both individual and team goals in a competitive environment, shows flexibility, responsibility, perseverance, and a hands‑on mindset, and has excellent German skills and very good English skills.
