Dübendorfbr/bWhen: /b1 October 2026 /p pIn this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of a Salesforce-based cloud solution (Riskonnect) and additional corporate IT applications. You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, IT, and external suppliers, ensuring high-quality solution design, integration, and delivery aligned with Skyguide’s IT strategy. /p ul liOwn end-to-end software solutions and architecture, ensuring integration within the corporate IT landscape, with a primary focus on Salesforce-based Riskonnect and additional corporate IT applications. /li liLead technical delivery across the full project lifecycle, from requirements and design to deployment, go-live, and support. /li liEnsure high-quality delivery through impact analysis, release planning, and alignment with business processes. /li liMaintain stable operations via proactive monitoring, coordinated releases, and 2nd/3rd-level support, including vendor and access management. /li liPartner with business stakeholders and vendors to translate needs into clear technical requirements, providing guidance and knowledge transfer. /li liDrive continuous improvement and future-ready solutions, contributing to IT roadmap alignment and annual budget planning. /li liHands‑on Salesforce experience, ideally including Riskonnect, Experience Cloud, and custom applications; willing to learn additional platforms. /li liStrong understanding of user and access management, APIs and integrations, and data models/database. /li liExperience with software testing, release management, external vendors, and risk management environments is an advantage. /li liKnowledge of business domains - ATM operational safety, information or physical security, audit, or compliance frameworks - is a strong plus. /li liExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical topics into business language. /li liFlexibility: You adapt quickly to changing situations, stay open to new ideas and feedback, and step in where needed to support your team. /li liTeamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions. /li liGrowth mindset: You embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, continuously seek to learn and improve, and actively work to overcome limiting beliefs. /li liFluent in German and English; French is a plus. /li /ul pWe offer flexible working options, depending on the role, and a competitive salary with attractive working conditions and numerous fringe benefits.
