In this position, you will
Run the warehouse operations on site managing the incoming and outgoing materials.
Primary Responsibilities
* Responsible for goods in and goods out tracking and maintenance. Responsible for freight management.
* Ensures Health and Safety policies are met at all times, including handling of materials in warehouse operations.
* Manages the tracking of materials in the ERP including liaising with purchasing and planning functions.
* Responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is run in coordination with other warehouse facilities.
* Takes delivery, maintains stock, and ensures an orderly and efficient warehouse operation.
* Responsible for daily operations including goods receipt, packaging, dispatch, and supply of materials to the local production line.
* Maintains master data in ERP system.
* Ensures stock optimization.
* Plans and executes delivery of key warehouse KPIs.
Required Education, Experience, Skills, And Travel
* Logistics and/or warehouse related education.
* At least four years of experience in a warehouse role.
* Experience using a materials tracking system.
* Experience with MS Excel.
* Organized and process-oriented.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Prioritizing skills.
* Able to enjoy a results-driven environment.
* Must be able to read and speak English.
Travel Expectations
Minimal, up to 5% annually.
