Your role
Be the first point of contact for customers and prospects in your region (e.g. Greater Zurich, Zug/Central Switzerland, Basel/Aargau, etc.).
Support the full sales process together with in-house experts: from first contact and needs assessment to proposals and contract handover.
Develop a pipeline of opportunities in your region and keep CRM information accurate.
Grow existing accounts and build new customer relationships across functions such as HR, IT, Procurement, and Workplace.
Follow local market trends and share insights with colleagues.
Represent the company at client meetings and regional events (day travel within your territory).
Your profile
Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services or workplace design solutions.
Consultative selling skills with the ability to build trust and present clear benefit cases.
Confident communicator with senior stakeholders; strong presentation skills in the local language (German, French, or Italian) plus English.
Self-driven and well-organized; comfortable working with CRM systems.
Driving licence (Category B) and flexibility to travel in your territory.
Sales role with real autonomy and expert support.
