Responsibilities
1. You develop a joint business plan for your countries and define the optimal Route-to-Market strategy (in cooperation with local commercial partner). You implement our repeatable activation model in order to drive rotations in our key outlets;
2. You bring your existing commercial partners to a new level by translating in-depth knowledge (market dynamics, competitive set, etc) into a strategy to further grow the business locally;
3. You analyze market data (Nielsen/sell-out data from retailers) of relevant categories to build effective customer selling stories;
4. You use insights from other markets to support our commercial partner in executing sales and marketing plans;
5. You conduct business reviews with partners regularly and follow up consistently;
6. You define the optimal pricing of our products in your countries, based on pricing guidelines, value chain proposals, and competitive set;
7. You develop insights in your markets by monitoring the business through a KPI dashboard and analyzing product performance;
8. You map the assortment to identify optimizations and, if clear opportunities arise, you make a business case to launch potential new products;
9. You report to the International Sales Manager Global Markets.
Profile
1. You hold a Master’s degree in economics, sales, marketing, or related fields;
2. You have approximately 2 years of experience in Sales and/or Category Management in FMCG, combining academic background with practical experience;
3. Experience with international business is appreciated;
4. You are willing to spend most of your time in your markets supporting your commercial partners and are willing to travel up to 30% of the time;
5. Ideally, you have experience with Healthy Snacking products and an affinity for them is essential;
6. You possess strong intercultural intelligence, demonstrating empathy and effectiveness across cultures, religions, and values;
7. You have strong analytical skills and follow-up capabilities;
8. You are energetic, result-driven, and detail-oriented, with a focus on execution;
9. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, capable of starting from scratch, and are ambitious, with a top-sport mentality, continuously raising the bar and creating opportunities;
10. You are a team player but also capable of working independently, with self-starting ability;
11. You think and act like an owner, with pragmatism and a sense of urgency;
12. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
