Ph3Overview /h3pAs international sales manager you are responsible for driving growth by developing and executing sales strategy, managing client relationships and expanding our company’s presence in targeted markets. You will work closely with retailers in developing tailor made products of our great tasting chocolate products. You are able to form strong relationships with both your customers as with a vast range of internal stakeholders. The role will be based within our office in Caslano, Switzerland, and will encompass frequent travelling. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliActively presenting our wide portfolio of products to our customers. Guiding, advising and supporting our partners in making decisions regarding their (all year round and seasonal) chocolate assortment. Identifying customer wishes and pro-actively translating these in opportunities /liliTogether with your new colleagues developing and translating concepts into Private Label proposals. In this role, you have frequent contact with various clients and colleagues at different locations/countries. /liliAnalyse the market trends and translate these into business opportunities; /liliAccurate customer demand forecasting and actively analysing deviations between actuals and budgeted sales volume /liliTaking a collaborative, connecting and active role within our organization.(e.g., supply chain, Finance and RD) to align sales initiatives with product development, and logistics for seamless international delivery. /liliBuild and nurture long-term relationships with our customers, conducting regular check-ins, solutionselling sessions, and loyalty-building activities to maximize repeat business and upsell opportunities. /liliNegotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and terms with our customers, ensuring mutually beneficial deals that account for currency fluctuations, seasonal demands, and volume commitments. /liliRepresent the company at international trade shows /liliEnsure compliance with internation...
