If these values resonate with you, then join us!To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for a Controller (FP&A Analyst).Your mission: The management controller will play a key role in the controlling function in Switzerland by providing performance-based analysis, developing KPIs, financial planning, and profitability analysis.Your responsibilities:- Contribute to the monthly closure by performing analyses on revenue, inventory, and cost centers- Propose accounting corrections: revenue adjustments, stock reconciliations, provisions, etc.- Communicate monthly flash reports to headquarters- Monitor performance using KPIs and analyze variances- Update internal monthly performance reporting with business analyses and comments on quarterly/long-term forecasts- Manage the budgeting process, including data collection from different departments, model development, and loading management into HFM- Support the annual pricing process by preparing pricing lists- Ensure follow-up on the actual impact of the pricing policyRequired profile:- At least 5 years of experience in a Management Control function- Very good knowledge of SAP and HFM- Excellent synthesis and analytical skills- French and English (minimum C1 level)We offer you: The opportunity to join a globally renowned company, certified Best Workplaces Switzerland, with a dynamic team in the midst of growth.
