We're looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join a fast-growing De Fi project backed by a highly technical team and a strong crypto-native Back-End Engineer - Type Script/Rust Your Mission- Architect and implement high-reliability backend services (using Type Script & Rust) that support core blockchain-enabled products.- Build APIs, data pipelines, and internal tooling to streamline platform scalability and performance.- Participate in the full development lifecycle"from system design to testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to ensure consistent, secure, and robust system behavior.- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops automation.- Continuously improve code quality, performance benchmarks, and developer experience.
Tech Environment- Core Stack: Type Script ( microservices), Rust (growing footprint)- Web3 / Smart Contracts: Solidity (EVM), Hardhat, multi-chain deployments (ETH, BSC, Arbitrum, etc.)- API / Data: Graph QL, Apollo, No SQL, Redis- Infra & Dev Ops: AWS, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform, Git Hub Actions, CI/CD, monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana- Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS- Culture: Clean code, code reviews, test coverage, end-to-end ownership, pragmatic use of new tech What You Bring- Must-have: Strong experience in backend engineering with Type Script in production environments.- Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, containerized infrastructure and Web3 products.- Interest in Rust and motivation to upskill in a Web3/Rust-native ecosystem.- Familiarity with modern Dev Ops tools and CI/CD practices.- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments with a high degree of autonomy.
