Job Mission
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service to join the Thom Browne Eyewear team. The resource will be looking after a wholesale account base, overseeing orders from start to finish, anticipating problems and troubleshooting accordingly, and offering high levels of customer service and quality resolutions to all the stakeholder’s queries and disputes.
The Role
* Responsible for order management for own account base.
* Provide an excellent after-sales service, by dealing with the client’s repair requests in a timely and effective manner.
* Operate with accuracy in understanding customer’s requests and addressing them, if needed, to the correct department.
* Effective communication with sales team and customers to ensure smooth operation or order flow.
* Track shipments and provide updates to customers on forthcoming deliveries.
* Expedite customer orders, including keeping them informed of delays or early fulfilment. Follow up on outstanding orders/availabilities issues to minimize cancellations.
* Responsible for the picking of orders and communicating with logistics team to ensure accurate and timely shipping, as per customer expectation.
* Liaise with credit department, when necessary, on any shipping holds related to credit issues.
* Responsible for the reverse logistics activities: management of returns and related administrative activities.
* Executing compliance activities to ensure the company’s requests are fulfilled and satisfied (ie gather and maintain on a high standard level all the official documents, such as order confirmations).
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 3/5 years’ experience in a Wholesale Customer Service.
* Prior experience in the Eyewear business is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Italian languages (both written and spoken). Any other language will be considered a plus.
* Good administration skills.
* Good IT skills, including Excel and Outlook.
* Previous exposure to working with SAP system is advantageous.
* Able to multitask and prioritize.
* Comfortable with working across time zones (particularly the US), and able to adjust hours to accommodate as needed.
