Position: Community Sales Manager (M/W)
Your Tasks
* Operational responsibility of the site
* Technical leadership of the center team in daily operations
* Ensuring the center meets standards
* Minimizing accounts receivable and developing potential additional business or services
* Providing customer support and ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Handling customer complaints and escalating serious issues to the responsible manager
* Organizing and coordinating events and community activities
* Managing operational and administrative customer and center issues
* Handling daily customer inquiries
* Communicating with landlords, suppliers, and internal departments
Your Profile
* Successfully completed vocational training
* Good knowledge of German, French, and English, both written and spoken
* Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
* Reliable, well-organized, and team-oriented personality
* Strong communication skills
* Independent, proactive, customer-focused, and flexible
* Enjoy working in a team
* Sense of responsibility and service orientation
