As a Lead Generation Specialist (B2B), you identify and acquire qualified business contacts. With your strong understanding of B2B markets, your data-driven approach, and your excellent communication skills, you unlock new sales potential and actively contribute to the sustainable growth of our company.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

Identify and proactively approach potential business customers

Develop and implement lead generation strategies and prepare qualified contacts

Schedule appointments and hand them over to the sales team

Develop tailored solutions based on customer needs

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns

Use CRM and analytics tools to optimize and streamline processes

YOUR SKILLS:

Experience in sales, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital sales tools

Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style

Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities

Team-oriented with a high level of assertiveness

Very good French and/or Italian skills, as well as good written and spoken English
