As a System Support Engineer, you will be a key technical expert within a cross-functional environment, responsible for supporting Roche Diagnostic Systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from development to post-launch. The Perfect Candidate is a proactive and autonomous team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, featuring a strong customer and service orientation. Essential Qualifications: Initial experience in a technical or mechanical role. First-hand experience working in a highly regulated industry and in laboratories (Biosafety Levels S1 and S2).
