As part of the electronics team within the DigitalTechnologiesdepartment at Polytype, you willbe responsible forthe design, development, and industrialization of electronic systemsused in high-end inkjet printing machines.
You will contribute to thedevelopment, focusing on hardware architecture, schematic design,PCB development, and industrialization, in a highly demanding environment combining precision mechanics, embedded systems, and inkjet technologies.
Your role
* Define and drive hardware architecture for complex electronic systems
* Develop and/or supervise PCB layout (multilayer,mixed-signal)
* System integration (HW / FPGA / embeddedC ++)
* Ensure EMC compliance,signal integrity, and power integrity from early design stages
* Drive PCB industrialization(Design for Manufacturing, suppliers, production release)
* Define validation strategy and support critical investigations
* Perform hardware validation (electrical, functional, thermal)
Your Profile
* MSc in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Solidknowledge of EMC, signal integrity, industrial constraints
* Experience leading technical decisions and design reviews
* Experience with product industrializationand suppliers
* Strong experiencewith FPGA (VHDL / Verilog)and C++
* Autonomous, structured, and design-oriented mindset
* Native French or German speaker with excellent command of English
