Supply Specialist
Responsibilities
Own supplier setup and initial purchasing for NPI, including cost and inventory management
Design and implement effective supply chain concepts to bring new products into production smoothly
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure transparent communication and on-time delivery
Maintain logistics master data and enable seamless integration into MRP processes
Monitor NPI orders and proactively ensure timely shipments
Manage and drive the NPI Product Approval Workflow in Dynamics 365
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Anticipate supply risks, define mitigation actions, and track KPIs while ensuring compliance
Requirements
Degree in supply chain, procurement, project management, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in supply chain, procurement, or project purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment
Understanding of supply chain strategies, cost structures, and multi-sourcing approaches
Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 is a plus)
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Very good German and good English skills
