About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Risk Analyst
to support the assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of risks within our organization in Switzerland. You will play a key role in identifying operational, financial, and strategic risks and providing actionable insights to help the company make informed business decisions.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of risk management frameworks, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct risk assessments and identify potential operational, financial, and strategic risks.
* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate exposure and risk trends.
* Monitor risk indicators, internal controls, and compliance with policies and regulations.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and regulators.
* Collaborate with business units to implement risk mitigation strategies.
* Support the development and maintenance of risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Assist in stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk modeling exercises.
* Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance initiatives.
* Track and report on risk incidents, escalations, and resolution progress.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in
risk analysis, operational risk, or financial risk management
.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in
Excel, SQL, Python, or risk analytics tools
.
* Knowledge of Swiss and international regulatory requirements is a plus (FINMA, Basel II/III).
* Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in
English

German and/or French
is an advantage.
* Familiarity with risk frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, or Basel standards is a plus.
