Overview
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to support the delivery of a new in-house data management solution. This is a strategic, business-critical project replacing legacy tools, and the role requires close collaboration with development teams and stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog
Gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories
Collaborate with Agile development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Align priorities and manage dependencies across other product teams
Communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
Oversee the rollout of the solution to downstream users and technical teams
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
Strong communication and organisational skills
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Mural
Experience in energy trading is a plus, but not mandatory
Additional Information
Contractors only - we are only able to engage independent contractors or freelancers for this role
Must be based in Europe for time zone and collaboration purposes
