Responsibilities

• Provide thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, public areas, and washrooms.
• Create and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks to support the team in all areas.
• Offer flexibility by assisting in various departments, especially on weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in room maintenance.
• Good spoken German; English is an advantage.
• Communicative and open personality.

Location Details

Einsatzort: Das Hotel Schloss Gerzensee, der Stiftung der Schweizerischen Nationalbank, offers 57 modern rooms with bathroom/washroom, TV stereo system, direct-dial telephone, free Wi‑Fi, and a balcony or seating area. Conference and event rooms of various sizes are available for up to 180 people. The gastronomic area includes a guest restaurant, the Orangerie, and a vaulted cellar bar. The property features a castle park and the Gerzensee lake, inviting guests to relax. Work takes place in a 7‑day schedule, and when possible, we avoid split shifts; evening and weekend work is required.
