Responsibilities:
1. Management or shift responsibility for the production area
2. Further development of standards and their instructions
3. Responsibility for the achievement of the shift KPI's
4. Sustainable quality improvement of our products through detailed production analysis and solution-oriented improvement
5. measures to improve productivity
6. Execution of cockpit meetings
7. Compliance with escalation processes
8. Training and instruction on the store floor
9. Staff scheduling according to production plan
10. Initiation and implementation of problem solutions
11. Daily coordination in the CCC meeting with the support functions
Qualifications:
12. Completed vocational training in the technical field
13. Knowledge of vulcanization and assembly processes, occupational safety and systematic problem solving
14. Management responsibility
15. Willingness to work shifts
16. Strong team and communication skills
17. Assertiveness
18. Written and spoken German, English an advantage
19. MS Office and SAP knowledge
20. Familiarity with MES systems
