We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (m/w/d) Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals in the Luzern region and surrounding areas. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory. Tailor solutions for clients based on their needs and the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio. Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Regulatory to deliver seamless client support. Negotiate agreements and oversee the full sales process from first contact to closure. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report regularly on market trends and competitor activities. Represent the company at medical congresses, professional events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or key account management. Established network in the Swiss healthcare sector is a strong asset. Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales objectives. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written); French is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field; advanced education is a plus.
