Ph3Job Summary /h3 pWe are looking for a collaborative, open-minded, and forward-thinking Partner Sales Leader Switzerland. /p pThe strategy and growth-focused Channel Leader for Switzerland will provide operational direction and general management leadership to achieve superior levels of performance across channel alliances business. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and execution of the company’s channel sales initiatives in the region. Primarily responsible for building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels, and ensuring alignment with global go-to-market strategies. /p pAs a partner-centric organization, our success is driven by our partners and distributors - and we fully embrace this. That is why continuous investment in our ecosystem is a top priority. /p pYou will be part of the Western Europe Partner Team, leading Partner Account Managers and Technical Partner Leads in Switzerland. Our mission is to create meaningful impact with our partners and distributors, delivering data-driven solutions to our customers and contributing to making Switzerland an even more attractive place to live and work. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive mindshare and adoption of NetApp’s Intelligent Data Infrastructure and expand our Hybrid Cloud business through strong collaboration with channel partners /li liAct as a key interface across sales, marketing, solution architecture, cloud, bid, and leadership teams /li liDevelop, execute, and continuously evolve Joint Business Plans with key partners /li liFoster close alignment with the commercial sales organization to identify, develop, and support new business opportunities /li liLead and inspire the partner team to deliver measurable impact in the Swiss market /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMinimum of 8 years of proven success in partner engagement and ecosystem development. /li liProven people management experience, including leading and developing high-performing partner sales teams. /li liStrong experience in Cloud Solutions sales. /li liA natural drive to work closely with partners, enabling both business continuity and long-term business development. /li liDemonstrated ability to influence partner preference toward NetApp and increase Share of Wallet. /li liAbility to translate NetApp Hybrid Cloud solutions into partner strategies and business outcomes. /li liProactive mindset in identifying new personas and uncovering opportunities within partner organizations. /li liStrong networking skills with the ability to connect people and build ecosystems beyond immediate teams. /li liSolid understanding of the industry landscape and partner ecosystem. /li liSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership. /li liFluent in Swiss German and English (written and spoken), French is a plus. /li /ul pAt NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
