Base pay range
CHF 80,000.00/yr – CHF 85,000.00/yr

Role
In this position you will perform technical analysis of customer complaints, identify causes, and support sustainable solutions. You combine analytical thinking with practical skill and contribute significantly to quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Conduct technical analyses of customer complaints – identify causes, understand problem situations, and initiate sustainable solutions.
* Create clear and understandable analysis and service reports to strengthen customer trust.
* Initiate and execute repairs, modifications, and adjustments according to customer requirements.
* Collaborate closely with internal departments on root‑cause analyses.
* Respond to internal service requests – fast, competent, and customer‑oriented.
Qualifications
* Completed technical apprenticeship in mechanical or electronic field.
* Experience in mechatronics or drive technology is an advantage.
* Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented working style combined with practical competence for assembly, disassembly, and repair work.
* Strong customer and service orientation.
* Good German and English skills; technical vocabulary an advantage.
* Basic knowledge of quality methods (e.g., 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa).
