As part of the finance Team of Baume & Mercier, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. we will be responsible of: Assist in setting up automatic processes for various financial reports to improve efficiency and accuracy. Challenge financial data and reporting from our distribution subsidiaries on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and identifying potential discrepancies, Assist with the recurrent closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks Contribute to comprehensive monthly reporting, budgeting, and Latest Estimate (LE) planning cycles across Maison distribution entities, and overall consolidation, Deliver insightful and accurate financial analysis to budget owners, empowering them with data-driven insights for performance improvement, effective cost control, strategic planning, variance analysis, and sales performance evaluation. You will need to be able to: respond quickly and efficiently to changing priorities and urgent requests Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement within the finance function.
