Your tasks
1. Lead, manage, and develop the Sales team through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure sustained high performance and professional growth.
2. Drive profitable short- and long-term sales growth within the railway segment, taking ownership of budget achievement, forecasting accuracy, and overachievement of targets.
3. Define and execute sales and market strategies for Rolling Stock and Rail Communications, including business planning, budgeting, and alignment with Group Strategy.
4. Lead complex, solution-based sales activities and product launches, positioning new and existing technologies to meet market and customer requirements.
5. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while collaborating closely with Engineering, T&O, S&BD, and Customer Service to ensure technology adoption and operational excellence.
6. Act as a senior leadership contributor within the Railway Rolling Stock SMT, ensuring governance compliance, strong brand positioning, and consistent tactical execution across the region.
This position will be either based in Unterhaching, Bicester or Pfäffikon.

7. International sales leader with 5+ years of sales management experience and proven results.
8. Strong leadership with natural authority, assertiveness, accountability, and resilience.
9. Solid technical and commercial education with strong market and industry knowledge.
10. Expertise in complex sales, major project execution and sales channel management.
11. Strategic, commercially astute negotiator with excellent communication and networking skills at all levels.
12. Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and MS Office

17. Educated to degree level or equivalent, with demonstrated career achievements aligned to senior sales leadership roles.
