Your Responsibilities
* Support the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service (Commercial) function.
* Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
* Validate SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with SCM and Finance.
* Identify, document, and escalate defects or gaps in functionality, supporting resolution tracking.
* Support and represent Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge and background in SAP and IT, with several years of experience working on SAP.
* Experienced administrative professional with a hands-on mindset.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
