He/She ensures that the products strictly meet technical and regulatory requirements before their entry into the production process, their storage, or their continuation of responsibilities: Reception and Production Control: Perform visual, dimensional, and functional checks of goods at reception and during production according to plans, control ranges, and specifications. Verify the conformity of accompanying documents (delivery notes, processing/painting reports, dimensional control documents, production tracking documents, etc.). Non-conformity handling: Isolate and identify non-conforming products (quarantine). Draft non-conformity reports (NCR) and control reports. Alert the relevant departments (Purchasing, Production, Supplier Quality) in case of major anomalies. Management and monitoring: Record control results in the system (ERP/Quality management software). Technical skills: Mastery of quality control techniques and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical plans and measurement instruments (caliper, micrometer, depth gauge, etc.). Knowledge of basic quality standards (e.g., ISO and EN ISO). Proficiency with tools (Office Suite, ERP type ProConcept). Soft skills: Rigor and attention to detail: Ability to detect the slightest defects with a focus on analysis and critical thinking: To quickly assess product conformity. Activity and time management: Ability to prioritize tasks to avoid blocking the production chain. Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and teams. Experience: A degree in mechanical or electromechanical engineering or equivalent experience of at least 5 years as a Quality Controller in the field. Mastery of all conventional means of quality control. Knowledge of the ProConcept ERP is an advantage. Proficiency in Office Suite. Good knowledge of French (spoken and written).
