We are currently seeking a Treasury Manager to manage and oversee the organization's financial operations, including cash flow, budgeting, and treasury management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, monitoring bank accounts, and reconciling accounts and statements. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining internal control procedures to ensure the safety of cash and company assets.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage cash flow, including daily customer remittances and daily payments.
* Analyze financial data to develop strategies for improving cash flow.
* Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures.
* Allocate funds to ensure adequate/optimal liquidity at the Group level.
* Monitor cash balances and reconcile discrepancies.
* Verify bank fees with all partners.
* Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
* Support the preparation of financial reports for the CFO
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of financial management principles.
* Proficiency in accounting software.
* Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with banking regulations and procedures
