A high-end Italian restaurant in the Geneva area has asked us to find their future: Chef de Partie - Italian Cuisine (M/F) Job Description We are looking for a talented, passionate and meticulous Chef de Partie to join the team of a high-end Italian restaurant. The ideal candidate has solid experience in starred gourmet catering and/or 5* hospitality, as well as an in-depth knowledge of Italian culinary techniques / antipasti, with mastery of homemade pasta being a plus. Your Responsibilities As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for: Managing and developing your workstation autonomously and comprehensively. Ensuring the preparation and mise en place of dishes according to standards of excellence. Working closely with the head chef to maintain consistent quality. Contributing to recipe development, particularly in the cold section and fresh pasta. Participating in service management, orders and coordination within the brigade. Profile Sought Profile Sought Proven experience in starred gourmet cuisine. Mastery of Italian cooking techniques. Confirmed experience in making homemade pasta.
