To strengthen our Market Access and Corporate Affairs Team, we are looking for a Senior Manager Market Access.
Key Responsibilities
As part of the PRA team, you will own and be responsible for the initiation, development, implementation and execution of market access & pricing strategies for Lilly medicines ensuring access in Switzerland throughout their lifecycle.
You will be in charge of developing national, evidence-based value dossiers that accurately and effectively support the value of a brand and addresses decision criteria, involving cross-functional team members and external experts as needed. Your actions will be driven by data and based on business cases telling the story behind the figures, as well as by your understanding of opportunities and threats of competitor brands and actions and how they may affect the PRA success of Lilly brands.
You will leverage your deep understanding of access and reimbursement policies, customer needs, market trends, competitor strategy, and therapeutic knowledge to implement business solutions by disease area and portfolio/brand levels.
You will be developing and communicating an effective cross-functional stakeholder strategy, ensuring alignment between PRA strategies and strategies of other functions in the integrated planning process. You will provide Access expertise on selected projects, working closely with your local Marketing, Medical and Regulatory colleagues, as well as with your international counterparts.
You are developing, finalizing and disseminating deliverables in a pro-active, transparent and inclusive manner in set timeline, generating added value for customers by driving synergies and efficiencies and using available insights to inform preliminary commercialization decisions and the commercialization strategy.

Qualifications
Higher university degree (PhD or Master) in health science related disciplines (e.g. health economics, public health, biomedicine, epidemiology, pharmacology, pharmacy, healthcare administration, biostatistics, medicine).
Skills & Attributes
You have gathered experiences in the pharmaceutical environment in Switzerland, optimally have a solid background in Market Access (Health Economics, Pricing and Reimbursement).
You are demonstrating deep knowledge of the local healthcare system, key decision-making bodies and the PRA/HTA process in Switzerland.
You are bringing a business acumen whilst mastering the interpretation of scientific data and evidence-based communication.
You have excellent and effective written and oral communication skills, and you are able to monitor and take one’s own and other people’s perspectives and emotions into consideration during your daily operations.
You are capable of leading and influencing without authority, working with a positive and problem-solving mindset.
You are working effectively and efficiently in a highly regulated and politically sensitive environment, have good organizational skills and the ability to drive decisions and operations whilst maneuvering uncertainties.
Languages
Fluent in German and English is a must, French a great asset.
