For our headquarters in Kreuzlingen/Switzerland we are looking for employees who will actively shape the future of the HOLY FASHION GROUP.
In this versatile and international role, you will take on a key position within our global supply chain as part of a collaborative team environment. You will act as an interface between internal departments, external logistics and customs partners, as well as our international production and warehouse locations, extending through to our retail stores and B2B customers. Your responsibilities will include the organization and monitoring of international transport flows across road, sea, and air freight, taking into account import and export processes as well as logistical and regulatory requirements. In addition, you will manage the relevant logistics service providers within your area of responsibility and serve as a competent point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders on all transport- and foreign trade-related matters. In doing so, you will support the efficient, transparent, and legally compliant handling of our global goods flows. Furthermore, you will support operational topics within the Global Logistics & Customs department and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of existing processes and workflows. Your diverse range of tasks will also include participation in projects and close collaboration within the department as well as with adjacent business functions.
Required experience and skills:
Successfully completed vocational training in freight forwarding, logistics, foreign trade, or a comparable commercial qualification
Relevant professional experience in international transport logistics within an industrial environment
Knowledge of international goods traffic as well as legally compliant import and export processes
Good written and spoken English skills
Strong IT skills (MS Office, ideally SAP S/4HANA)
An independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working, combined with a high level of initiative
Strong communication and organizational skills, with a pronounced service and customer-oriented mindset
Confident manner, team spirit, and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
