Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and continuous development of SAP Success Factors and SAP Concur. You Integrate digital HR and travel/expense processes using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur. Acting as the key interface between HR and IT, ensuring that HR processes are effectively supported by SAP HR systems and integrated applications.The role requires a certain level of HR process understanding, SAP HR functional expertise, and integration management capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and business value.
Your responsibilities
* Own and manage the SAP HR landscape with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement
* Design, configure and maintain employee lifecycle processes within SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur
* Act as the key interface between HR and IT, ensuring HR processes are effectively supported by system solutions
* Monitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and continuously optimize HR systems
* Provide 2nd level application support and manage system incidents as application owner
* Evaluate new SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and assess their value for the organization
Integration & System Landscape
* Oversee and monitor integrations between HR systems and the wider IT landscape
* Ensure seamless data flows across systems using SAP BTP, SAP CPI, APIs and middleware technologies
* Support the design and governance of HR data architecture, security concepts and authorization models
* Ensure compliance with data protection, security and privacy requirements
Projects & Continuous Improvement
* Lead and contribute to HR IT projects supporting system enhancements and process improvements
* Translate HR business requirements into functional system solutions and technical specifications
* Support change initiatives related to HR systems in a multinational environment
* Ensure proper documentation, testing and deployment of system changes
* Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, translating business needs into system capabilities
* Manage external vendors and service providers, including monitoring SLAs and coordinating technical activities
* Support budgeting, forecasting and planning of HR systems development
* Contribute to the HR systems roadmap and future technology decisions
Your profile
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Informatics or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors
* Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll Switzerland, Time & Attendance)
* Experience with additional modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting / Smart Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation or SAP Concur is advantageous
* Strong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and their implementation within SAP SuccessFactors
* Experience with cloud-based HR system architectures and integrations including SAP BTP, SAP CPI, APIs or middleware
* Experience in HR IT project environments including stakeholder management and requirements engineering
* Ability to write functional specifications, validate technical designs and ensure data quality and compliance
* Certification in PMI, IPMA or equivalent project management methodology is beneficial
* Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, project management tools and Atlassian Confluence
* Analytical mindset combined with a solution-oriented approach
* Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable manner
* High level of service orientation and stakeholder collaboration
* Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach
* Strong communication skills in German & english (B2 or higher)
