Your responsibilities:

ACCOUNT MANAGER EMEA

As an Account Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our service sales strategy across the region. Your main responsibilities will include:

Acquiring new customers, with a focus on accounts with a high share of OEM equipment

Managing and expanding existing customer relationships

Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with Tektronix and Tek Instruments teams

Selling multi-year service contracts, including non-OEM calibration services

Maintaining regular communication with customers and ensuring timely contract renewals

Collaborating with internal teams and engaging with senior-level stakeholders

Participating in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews

Your Profile

Experience in B2B account management, ideally in service sales or calibration services

Confident communication skills across all levels, including executive stakeholders

Strategic mindset with a proven track record in sales

Experience managing complex service contracts and driving renewals

Independent and team-oriented work style in an international environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus

Flexibility for business travels.

ACCOUNT MANAGER EMEA

Als Account Manager EMEA (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Servicevertriebsstrategie in der Region. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

Ihre Aufgaben

Neukundengewinnung mit Fokus auf Kunden mit hohem Anteil von Tektronix und Keithley Geraeten

Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien mit Tektronix Instruments Vertriebs-Teams

Verkauf von mehrjährigen Serviceverträgen, fuer Kalibrierungen und Reparaturen

Regelmäßige Kundenkommunikation und Sicherstellung von Vertragsverlängerungen

Teilnahme an Vertriebsplanung, Forecasts und Pipeline-Reviews

Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Ansprechpartnern auf Führungsebene

Ihr Profil

Erfahrung im B2B-Account Management, idealerweise im Servicevertrieb oder Kalibrierbereich

Sicheres Auftreten bei allen Unternehmensebenen

Strategisches Denken und nachweisbare Vertriebserfolge

Erfahrung mit komplexen Serviceverträgen und deren Verlängerung

Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise in internationalem Umfeld

Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil.

Flexibilitaet und Bereitschaft bzgl. Reisetataetigkeit
