PpIn this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and continuous development of SAP Success Factors and SAP Concur. You Integrate digital HR and travel/expense processes using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur. Acting as the key interface between HR and IT, ensuring that HR processes are effectively supported by SAP HR systems and integrated applications. The role requires a certain level of HR process understanding, SAP HR functional expertise, and integration management capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and business value. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 h3HR Systems Ownership /h3 ul liOwn and manage the SAP HR landscape with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement /li liDesign, configure and maintain employee lifecycle processes within SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur /li liAct as the key interface between HR and IT, ensuring HR processes are effectively supported by system solutions /li liMonitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and continuously optimize HR systems /li liProvide 2nd level application support and manage system incidents as application owner /li liEvaluate new SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and assess their value for the organization /li /ul h3Integration System Landscape /h3 ul liOversee and monitor integrations between HR systems and the wider IT landscape /li liEnsure seamless data flows across systems using SAP BTP, SAP CPI, APIs and middleware technologies /li liSupport the design and governance of HR data architecture, security concepts and authorization models /li liEnsure compliance with data protection, security and privacy requirements /li /ul h3Projects Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liLead and contribute to HR IT projects supporting system enhancements and process improvements /li liTranslate HR business requirements into functional system solutions and technical specifications /li liSupport change initiatives related to HR systems in a multinational environment /li liEnsure proper documentation, testing and deployment of system changes /li liAct as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, translating business needs into system capabilities /li liManage external vendors and service providers, including monitoring SLAs and coordinating technical activities /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting and planning of HR systems development /li liContribute to the HR systems roadmap and future technology decisions /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Informatics or a related field /li liMinimum 5 years of experience working with SAP HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors /li liRelevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll Switzerland, Time Attendance) /li liExperience with additional modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting / Smart Recruiting, Performance Goals, Compensation or SAP Concur is advantageous /li liStrong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and their implementation within SAP SuccessFactors /li liExperience with cloud-based HR system architectures and integrations including SAP BTP, SAP CPI, APIs or middleware /li liExperience in HR IT project environments including stakeholder management and requirements engineering /li liAbility to write functional specifications, validate technical designs and ensure data quality and compliance /li liCertification in PMI, IPMA or equivalent project management methodology is beneficial /li liProficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, project management tools and Atlassian Confluence /li liAnalytical mindset combined with a solution-oriented approach /li liAbility to work independently in a structured and reliable manner /li liHigh level of service orientation and stakeholder collaboration /li liCollaborative team player with a hands-on approach /li liStrong communication skills in German english (B2 or higher) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
