We are looking for our client an Accounting and Reporting Specialist immediately available for an initial 4 to 6-month opportunity.Accounting and Reporting SpecialistOur client is a dynamic organization based on La Côte.DescriptionThis Accounting and Reporting Specialist supports statutory reporting, contributes to process improvements across the finance function and also cash management activities in an international and fast-moving environment. In details:Financial ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the different entitiesAnalyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirementsAssist in preparing reporting packages for internal stakeholdersAccounting OperationsOversee general ledger activities, accruals, and reconciliationsReview and validate journal entries and ensure proper documentationCoordinate with local finance teams across subsidiaries to ensure consistency and accuracyCash ManagementSupport treasury operations including bank reconciliations and payment processingAssist in optimizing cash flows across the group and maintaining banking relationshipsProvide input for cash flow reporting and analysis at group levelStatutory & Regulatory ComplianceSupport the preparation of statutory accounts for holdingsLiaise with external auditors and tax advisors during audits and reviewsMonitor changes in accounting standards and assess their impact on reportingProcess Improvement & SystemsContribute to the optimization of accounting, reporting, and cash management processesParticipate in ERP system upgrades or implementations Develop and maintain reporting templates and toolsCross-functional CollaborationWork closely with Controlling and Legal departmentsSupport the accounting team in the daily tasksProfileThe Accounting and Reporting Specialist we are looking for should bring the following background and experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting or a closely related fieldMinimum 8 years' experience in accounting and finance, audit experience is a plusExcellent communication with colleagues (sharing issues, seeking support when needed)Able to set priority and to well manage her / his timeAbility to work cooperatively with internal and external counterpartsProven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyPrecise and paying attention to detailsJob OfferOur client offers you:A temporary opportunity in a reputable companyA collaborative work environmentOpportunities to enhance your accounting and financial reporting skillsExposure to a well-structured and professional team jid80f583eafr jit1044afr jpiy25afr
