Senior Consolidation Analyst and Holdings AccountantOur client is a dynamic and growing organization based in Geneva.DescriptionThe main responsibilities of the Senior Consolidation Analyst and Holdings Accountant we are looking for will be the following:Statutory Holdings ReportingMaintain the general and analytical accounting (all holding entities)Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements, notes, and disclosuresPrepare monthly, quarterly and annual local & IFRS financial statementsPerform reconciliationsLiaise with auditors and tax consultantsProvide administrative support related to accounting and financial activitiesAccounting entry for various companiesAccounting and control of payroll entriesPreparation of FX analysis, interest invoices for Group loans, and various re-invoicingPeriodic tax declarationStatutory Reporting & ConsolidationContribute to the quarterly consolidation process, according to IFRS standards, ensuring accuracy and timely completion and the drafting of the accounts and closing notesCollect, analyse quarterly consolidation packages from subsidiaries and follow up open pointsManage balance sheet reviewsEnsuring compliance with Group accounting policies, tax regulations, and local GAAP, including support for the conversion to IFRS Process improvementStreamlined accounting & consolidation processesStaying updated with the latest IFRS standards and adapting processes and SOPs accordinglyCollaborating in process improvements and streamlining reporting proceduresParticipate in the updating of the group's accounting procedures and assist/train subsidiaries for their proper applicationProfileThe Senior Consolidation Analyst and Holdings Accountant will bring the following background and experience :5-10 years proven experience in a similar roleSolid understanding of IFRS and statutory consolidationStrong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining accuracy and integrity of financial informationTeam & Hands-On working style; Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliableAdvanced Microsoft ExcelExperience with Hyperion HFM knowledge would be a strong assetBusiness fluent in English and French is a must, any further European language is an assetAdaptable -Discreet - Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalismRigorous, Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a demanding settingJob OfferCompetitive working conditions and package. jid3a5ea24afr jit0103afr jpiy26afr
