**Head of Global Health Initiatives**
Job Description
The incumbent will serve as a key leader in the management of international collaborative efforts and partnerships, engaging with global health initiatives and providing senior-level management of finance, governance, advocacy, and knowledge management activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leverage partnerships with UN agencies, donors, and research institutions to position technical areas of work and implementation into global policies.
2. Coordinate resource mobilization activities, including donor acquisition and retention, negotiation of agreements, and donor relationship management.
3. Oversee budget and finance matters, maintaining revenue projections and recommending budget levels to governing bodies.
4. Develop and implement SRH and HRP's advocacy and knowledge management strategy leading to global action for sexual and reproductive health goals.
5. Manage human resource planning and implementation, working closely with WHO Human Resources and Talent Department.
Requirements
* Education: Advanced level university degree in Business Administration, Management, public health, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience in international management and administration, including experience in health policies and strategies.
* Skills: Strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and communication.
