Based at *Mandarin Oriental, Geneva*, within the Ottolenghi Department, the **Commis de Service** is responsible for setting tables, bringing dishes from the kitchen to the dining room, and clearing dishes from the dining room to the Stewarding department. The Commis de Rang reports directly to the **Restaurant Manager**.
As **Commis de Service**, you will be responsible for:
Assist the Head Waiters in their daily work Check on customer satisfaction and monitor service throughout the meal Prepare your station according to established standards so that you are ready to welcome customers Coordinate service between the dining room and the kitchen
